Engineered Composite Repairs (ECR)
Engineered composite repairs (ECR) are used to repair and reinforce internal or external corrosion on chemical, oil, gasses, water and steam piping. NRI offers multiple solutions that not only repair the pipe but put it back in service stronger than when it was brand new. They are conformable for repairing straights, elbows, tees, nozzles, reducers, welds and headers. All products are designed to conform to ASME PCC-2, ASME B31, ISO 24817, DOT, API, and CSA Z662 standards. There is no heating or post-curing required. All solutions are cost-effective.
Emergency Leak Repair
NRI’s emergency leak repair can be used as an emergency stop-gap or as a complete ECR system. All products are simple to install, and installation can be performed in-house or by a contractor. The tool crib inventory has a 24-month shelf life. Products are ideal for use with NRI’s ECR systems.
