Engineered Composite Repairs (ECR)
NRI’s Engineered Composite Repair systems can be used to repair offshore assets above and below the waterline. From emergency leak repair to structural repairs and reinforcement, these proven, rigorously tested systems offer a permanent solution without the shutdown or production loss associated with traditional repair methods. All products are designed to conform to ASME PCC-2, ASME B31, ISO 24817, DOT, API, and CSA Z662 standards for nonmetallic reinforcing solutions.
Emergency Leak Repair
NRI’s emergency leak repair can be used as an emergency stop-gap or as a complete ECR system. All products are simple to install, and installation can be performed in-house or by a contractor. The tool crib inventory has a 24-month shelf life. Products are ideal for use with NRI’s ECR systems.
Structural Repair and Reinforcement
We offer ACI 440.2R-08 compliant composite repair systems designed for structural repairs and reinforcement. The systems are comprised of unique, uni-directional carbon or glass fiber fabrics, pre-saturated with the Titan®-MCU Saturant Resin. This product is used to provide structural strengthening of steel structures, without field-saturation being required.
