NRI Offers Free Repairs for Leaking Pipes
Palm Beach, Florida — Neptune Research Inc, (NRI), a fiberglass composites manufacturer, has announced today that the company will offer free products to Palm Beach customers experiencing water leakage from corroding pipes that may be the result of free chlorine being added to the city water by local officials.
In September of last year, instances of fecal bacteria were found in the city of Palm Beach's water supply. To address the issue, the city used free chlorine to kill the bacteria. This chemical is a more powerful solution than the traditional chlorine and ammonia mix. Now city officials fear that the chemical was powerful enough to eat holes in the copper tubing that is used in most homes.
As a result of this corrosive reaction, many residents are experiencing water leaks, some as excessive as causing thousands of dollars in water usage. To exacerbate the problem, the city plans to continue to use the potent free chlorine for at least another month as work on the water plant continues. This approach is expected to resolve the bacteria problem, but not before it causes more pipe damage.
To help Palm Beach residents combat this unexpected and expensive situation, NRI, an established manufacturer and innovator of instant, permanent repair products, has proposed a solution whereby these leaks can be repaired quickly and economically without replacement. The company will be donating free repair products to Palm Beach residents.
With NRI's Syntho-Glass®, customers are provided an effective, time and cost efficient solution for the repair and corrosion protection of pipes, pipelines, pilings and similar structures. Many of Palm Beach's residents have pipelines in jeopardy due to internal corrosion and may be especially suited for pipeline reinforcement and containment using Syntho-Glass.
"As experts in the leak repair industry it is our duty to help our community to reduce the economic impact of this situation," said Christopher J. Lazzara, vice president, NRI.
West Palm Beach-based NRI engages in the development, manufacture and marketing of a patented resin impregnated fiberglass cloth that provides an effective and cost efficient solution for pipe repair.
Those residents that take advantage of this special offer from NRI will not only be able to stop the annoying leaks that are causing considerable damage to their yards and/or homes, they can also put a stop to the excessive water bills.
Time could be running out on your ability to properly repair your water leaks. NRI is offering these free repair products to Palm Beach residents up to $10,000 on a first come, first served basis. Take action now. For more information about NRI's free repair kits, call Tammy Bomia at 561-683-6992, ext. 111.
